Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL), a leading outsourcing service provider in Nigeria, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service / Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Ogba, Lagos. In this full-time hybrid role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, acquire new clients, and retain existing ones, while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, closing sales deals, maintaining customer relationships, and utilizing CRM software.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / HND, strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: N100,00 – N120,00 monthly.
