Job Description

Trinity Financial is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence. You will be the primary point of contact between the MD and clients, preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, with at least 2 years of personal assistant experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
