Job Description
PRECISE Lighting is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executives. The PA will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare essential documents, ensuring smooth operational flow. Excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment are crucial for this role.
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, drafting reports, and maintaining organized records. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, alongside strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. Experience in project coordination is advantageous.
