Job Description
Ican Unisex Beauty Parlor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Listening to customers’ concerns, issues, and questions.
- Resolving customer concerns and providing accurate information.
- Maintaining a positive attitude while addressing complaints.
- Promoting our products and services positively.
- Recommending products tailored to customers’ needs.
- Gathering data for customer and product reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
Location: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lekki.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service required.
