Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and handle confidential information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Anticipate executive needs and maintain filing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
