Join TeamAce as a Personal Assistant! You will provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director, ensuring efficient operation and time management. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and preparing confidential documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and communications.
• Prepare reports and presentations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as directed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a focus on anticipating needs.
• Must reside near Lekki Phase 1.

Salary: N150,00 – N180,00 / month.
