Job Description
DK Homes Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to enhance our sales team and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss their requirements.
- Deliver engaging presentations on our products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing complaints or objections.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.
Compensation: Commission-based (10% per sale) plus additional bonuses.
