Job Description
KC Microfinance Bank is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring timely and accurate payroll, and administering pensions and benefits.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Advising on employment law and company policies.
- Ensuring candidates have the right to work.
- Negotiating salaries and contracts.

Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
