Job Description

The Detail Officer is responsible for coordinating the provision of secured mobility security services to clients. This role involves managing Journey Management Commanders, ensuring compliance with legislation and Halogen policies, and achieving financial targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of Secured Mobility services, ensuring client safety.
• Monitor adherence to security plans and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Manage client relationships, promptly addressing complaints and providing support.
• Engage with stakeholders and government agencies to foster strong partnerships.
