Job Description

We are currently seeking multi-skilled candidates who can effectively handle technical maintenance while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. As a Facilities Manager at Omoarega Consulting Limited, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an optimal working environment. This includes ensuring cleanliness, managing communication infrastructure, and overseeing various other duties.

Furthermore, this role requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as you will be addressing multiple concerns related to both employees and their working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Fostering a professional working environment.
  • Inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing services.
  • Managing janitorial duties.
  • Ensuring adequate catering and vending services.
  • Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
  • Ensuring facilities are always clean.
  • Installing and managing air conditioning services.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing waste disposal systems.
  • Ensuring a constant security presence.
  • Installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure.
  • Managing parking facilities and ensuring space.
  • Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.

Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc in civil engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
