As an Order Fulfillment Officer, you will coordinate B2B marketplace operations ensuring seamless delivery experiences for EZEE customers and sellers. Your role encompasses daily follow-ups with sellers and warehouses, updating order statuses, managing returns, and reporting on delivered orders.
Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, data analysis capability, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a full-time position.
