Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our firm in handling various litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal analysis and research
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness interviews and document gathering
- Represent the firm’s clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies
Requirements:
- Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities
