Job Description
Omoarega Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Chef to manage our kitchen and staff effectively. As the Head Chef, you will create a positive work environment and oversee kitchen operations during dinner service, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective dishes are delivered promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating staff tasks and menu planning.
- Hiring, training, and setting performance standards.
- Implementing hygiene protocols and managing inventory.
- Addressing customer feedback and concerns.
Requirements: 7 years of culinary experience, advanced food knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦250,00.00 – ₦400,00.00/month
