Job Description

Position: Property Manager

Salary: 250,00

The Property Manager will ensure smooth operations of company properties, aiming for tenant satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing tenants and leases, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling vendor relations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and performing office administration tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in property management software and MS Office, and knowledge of property laws are essential.
