Job Description
Devon Pharmaceuticals, a leading provider of pharmaceutical services in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, while providing excellent administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming office guests and directing them appropriately.
- Maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Answering incoming calls and managing correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Providing information and assistance to Admin staff.
