Job Description

Okbuild is seeking an experienced, agile, and versatile realtor to sell lands across 5 states in Southwest Nigeria: Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, and Ondo. This contract-based position offers a mobility allowance of NGN 50,00.00 and a 15% commission on successful sales.

Key Responsibilities: Identify clients, conduct site visits, develop relationships, negotiate sales, and ensure compliance.

Contract Details: 12 months, renewable, with travel expenses covered.
