Job Description

Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base. Your role will be instrumental in generating leads and increasing revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyse data and industry insights to formulate growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients, investors, and partners.
  • Pursue new clients, negotiate deals, and close transactions to expand the company’s client base.
  • Collaborate with partners to explore joint ventures, co-marketing opportunities, and cross-promotions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners.
  • Create compelling business proposals and presentations to attract potential investors and clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the company.
  • Set and achieve business development targets and objectives.

To successfully deliver the above goals, the right candidate must have:

  • Minimum of OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales-driven, motivated, and committed to achieving business development objectives.
