Job Description
Join 21st Century Group – SisiHR as a Retail Floor Supervisor! You will oversee sales representatives, cashiers, and support staff while implementing strategies to prevent stock damage, theft, and wastage.
Your critical role involves monitoring shelf stocks, investigating market trends, and motivating employees to achieve targets. Training new staff and scheduling shifts, while ensuring a clean and appealing outlet atmosphere, are also key responsibilities.
If you have a B.Sc/HND, proven experience in a supervisory role in retail, and exceptional interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!
