Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Account Payable Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and reconcile invoices and issue payments to vendors
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Review and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices
• Ensure timely payment and adherence to company’s policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate coding and categorization of expenses
• Prepare financial reports and analysis related to accounts payable

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience working as an Account Payable Accountant
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
