Job Description
Design Union Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing the recruitment process, and providing support to managers and staff to foster good employee relations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating HR policies, managing employee appraisals, overseeing career development, and identifying training needs. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Industrial Relations or a related field and at least 5 years of HR experience.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₦550,00.00 to ₦700,00.00 per month, with a full-time position available.
