Job Description
The role of a Customer Services Manager is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationships with clients. As a Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that the company’s customer service standards are met.
