The Organizational Design & Culture Manager will drive HR transformation initiatives across South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and French-speaking countries. This role focuses on crafting a Sub-Saharan transformation agenda, managing organizational design, and promoting a positive and collaborative company culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing business strategies to enhance performance.
• Creating and implementing culture-oriented strategies.
• Managing fixed costs aligned with business strategies.
• Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

• HR-related degree and over 10 years of relevant experience.
