Folz’deluxe, a popular takeout restaurant located in Festac, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer queries.
• Handle cash and other payment transactions responsibly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through periodic check-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Encourage upselling of specials and additional items.
