Job Description
Omoarega Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. In this role, you will process orders, handle modifications, and escalate issues across various communication channels. Remaining calm and professional, even in stressful situations, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels.
- Process orders and maintain customer interaction records.
- Manage a team of junior representatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or equivalent.
- Experience in customer support and strong computer skills.

Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
