Job Description
Snapnet Limited, Nigeria’s fastest-growing ICT firm, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our customer service team in Lekki, Lagos. As a CSM, you will ensure optimal product usage for our clients, engage in troubleshooting, and provide vital feedback to our technical department.
