EVERYTHINGSHELTER is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to lead our projects. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing construction activities, coordinating site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project budgets. You will work closely with architects and consultants to meet project specifications while utilizing tools such as Asana or Monday.com for efficient tracking. Your role also involves regular site inspections, fostering client relationships, and overseeing outsourcing tasks.
