Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Reinsurance. As the Head of Reinsurance, you will be responsible for overseeing our reinsurance programs and managing relationships with reinsurers.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing reinsurance strategies, assessing risks, negotiating reinsurance terms and conditions, and monitoring the performance of our reinsurance portfolio.
You will work closely with our underwriting and claims departments to ensure that our reinsurance programs align with our risk management goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of reinsurance transactions.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in reinsurance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are also required.
