The Personal Assistant serves as the point of contact between the manager and clients, attending to phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department. Responsibilities include managing requests, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and creating meeting minutes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an organized office filing system.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Public Administration or relevant discipline with work experience
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Discretion and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
