Job Description

Salary: ₦350,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Design and implement recruiting strategy.
- Support end-to-end recruitment process and follow-up on candidate performance.
- Assist in performance management and provide timely evaluations.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and analyze HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in Tech.
- Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
