Location: Ladybird Nursery/Primary School

Ladybird Nursery/Primary School is looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Head of Schools and Executive Director. Ideal candidates should hold a minimum OND in a relevant field and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and manage schedules.
• Draft correspondence and handle confidential information.
• Assist in planning school events and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supplies.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Must reside around Gbagada Phase 2.
