Job Description
CLIENT: SALON
LOCATION: LEKKI, LAGOS
ROLE TITLE: FRONT DESK OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients professionally.
- Manage inquiries and salon appointments.
- Coordinate with staff for seamless scheduling.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Address client concerns effectively.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years in a customer service role (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in salon management software.
- Knowledge of beauty products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
