Job Summary: As a Front Desk/HMO Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will assist with inquiries and provide information about our services.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Addressing customer questions
- Processing payments
- Submitting HMO bills
- Attending to inquiries in various formats
Requirements:
- Degree preferred
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
