WAVE is tackling the pressing issue of youth unemployment in West Africa. We are currently seeking an Assistant Receptionist to join our team in Lagos.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors warmly.
• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings and manage appointment schedules.
• Handle mail and deliveries properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide administrative support tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in a receptionist role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work from Tuesday to Sunday (8 am – 8 pm).
