Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR records and filing system.
- Coordinate HR department activities.
- Develop HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee welfare and personal growth.
- Handle employee relations and recruitment.
Requirements:
- First degree in Business Administration/Humanities.
- Professional qualifications in HR Management (e.g., CIPM, CIPD).
- 6 years of HR experience (Preferred).
