Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled I.T Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. As an I.T Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees. You will work closely with our I.T department to resolve software and hardware issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure all technology equipment is functioning properly.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who possesses excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems, and is able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals. Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role is preferred.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to helpdesk inquiries and technical support requests
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Coordinating with I.T team members to resolve technical problems
- Providing guidance and training to employees on technology usage
- Performing system upgrades and software installations
