Manage incoming messages and inquiries. Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, handle complaints, and maintain records.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Fluency in English
Location: Lekki (must be able to commute or relocate)
