Job Description
Kiyix Recruitment Hub is seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Implement and monitor HR policies
- Support performance management and employee development
- Utilize HR software and tools for efficient operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Proficiency with HR tools and software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage HR functions efficiently
Salary: N150,00 monthly.
