Requirements:

• Minimum B.Sc in Social Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Sound and Matured Mind

• Assess and anticipate HR-related needs
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation
• Conduct staff inductions
• Prepare contracts for promotions and new hires
• Oversee adherence to company policies
• Manage annual HR plan and budget
• Handle statutory payments and leave management
• Conduct background checks and handle disciplinary issues
