Job Description
Become a key member of the D5 Render Support team, acting as the essential link between our product and users.
Job Description:
- Engage with user communities and support systems.
- Identify and relay user issues to the development team.
- Monitor user experiences and provide guidance.
- Learn D5 Render features and principles.
- Analyze user feedback to enhance product quality.
Requirements:
- Experience in design-related fields.
- Proficiency in D5 Render and DCC software (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning.
Bonus: Past experience in design firms.
Job Type: Contract (12 months) | Pay: ₦141,200.00 – ₦282,400.00/month
