Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials for quality.
- Monitor production processes and ensure specification compliance.
- Inspect finished products for defects.
- Conduct product performance tests.
- Maintain quality records and document findings.
- Identify and address quality issues during production.
- Develop quality control procedures.
- Train production staff on quality control best practices.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality.
Competences: Proactive problem-solver, experience in fashion, strong knowledge of fabrics, leadership skills, high attention to detail.
