Location: Ogun State, Lagos, Oyo State, and Kano State

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and onboarding tools.
• Experience in handling B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure their comfort with the product.
• Conduct physical training sessions for effective system usage.
• Provide product walkthroughs and ensure correct setup.
• Collaborate with the Operations team for seamless account activation.
