Job Description

Job Objective(s):
- Respond to external and internal support calls
- Ensure TranzWare Online (TWO) System availability
- Improve transaction processing efficiency and prevent unplanned downtime
- Monitor transaction processing and escalate critical issues
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues for internal and external customers
- Maintain Systems Availability for Processing Centre (TWO, TWO FEP, and other Transware applications)
- Provide system operations support
- Optimize transaction processing efficiency
- Ensure prompt response to support requests within agreed SLA terms
Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree with 0-4 years of experience.
