Job Description
A Loans and Savings Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing loans and savings operations within a financial institution. Their primary role is to assist clients in obtaining loans and provide guidance in managing their savings accounts effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing loan applications and conducting credit evaluations.
- Providing financial advice and guidance to clients regarding loan options and savings plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of loan and savings transactions.
- Monitoring and managing loan portfolios, ensuring timely repayments.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient loan and savings processes.
