Job Description
GUO Logistics Limited, a subsidiary of GUO Transport Co., is a logistics company with over ten years of experience in the industry. We have revolutionized logistics in Nigeria through the use of technology and strategic fulfillment centers across the country.
As a Logistics Officer & Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer requests, parcel registration/collections, and maintaining customer records.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
- Managing and tracking inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
- Overseeing tripping, manifesting, storage, and inventory of parcels.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND / B.Sc. degree with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Work schedule for this position:
- Mondays to Saturdays
- Morning Shift: 8:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm – 7:30pm
Salary: N65,00 Monthly
Note: Candidates must be residents of Ikeja, Lagos.
