Job Description
A Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to support the organization’s operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and providing advice on various legal issues.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Managing and overseeing legal compliance activities.
- Representing the organization in legal proceedings.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
