An estate of over 100 residents at Sangotedo axis is recruiting for the position of an Estate Manager.

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the owner on estate plans and requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Promote estate businesses through marketing channels.
• Manage daily estate operations, including staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train ground and house staff.
• Liaise with event planners to ensure smooth functions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as insurance claims.

Salary: N100,00 – N150,00 / month
