Job Description
An estate of over 100 residents at Sangotedo axis is recruiting for the position of an Estate Manager.
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the owner on estate plans and requirements.
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Promote estate businesses through marketing channels.
- Manage daily estate operations, including staff scheduling.
- Supervise and train ground and house staff.
- Liaise with event planners to ensure smooth functions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as insurance claims.
Salary: N100,00 – N150,00 / month
