Job Description

First Excelsia Professional Services Limited is seeking a Senior Associate for a leading full-service commercial law firm in Lagos.

Responsibilities include:

Leading the project finance team on diverse transactions.
Structuring and negotiating project finance transactions.
Conducting legal due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Drafting key documents and providing legal opinions.

Qualifications: LLB, minimum 8 years post-call experience in Energy/Finance, outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

Salary: ₦9,00,00 – ₦10,800,00 per year.
