As the Deputy Operations Lead at Talent Flow Consulting, you will support the Operations Lead in enhancing daily operations of our client’s services. We seek a dynamic individual with a robust background in operations, exceptional leadership skills, and knowledge of the migration and fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for efficiency.
• Implement operational policies.
• Coordinate with departments to streamline processes.
• Support and mentor the operations team.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, multitasking.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations management (fintech/migration preferred).
