Job Description
A Customer Relations Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between a company and its valued customers. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving any inquiries or complaints, and strengthening customer loyalty.
Your main duties will include promptly responding to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, social media), addressing their concerns or complaints, and providing appropriate solutions. You will also collaborate with other teams to develop and implement customer service strategies, such as improving processes and implementing customer feedback systems.
