Job Description
- Responsible for interviewing, selection, induction, and staff budgeting
- Manage performance appraisal and management processes
- Ensure staff welfare, leave benefits, and compensation
- Implement employee engagement initiatives, conduct staff feedback sessions, and handle exit interviews
- Support in training and development of staff
- Provide counseling, guidance, and handle disciplinary procedures
- Ensure workplace health and safety
- Manage HR information system and contribute to the formulation of people strategy
- Create and maintain employment letters and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ITF, HMO, PAYE
- Handle HR documentation and perform background checks
- Manage payroll
- Support in culture management and organizational structuring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in HRIS management and familiar with labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
